Changes to Terms of Use

PAYMENT POLICY

Cooks’ Exchange accepts payment via the following options:

  • Asia Pay
  • Credit Card

We process credit card payments from Visa and Mastercard.

A photo or scan of the deposit slip must then be emailed to info@cooks-exchange.com as proof of payment. Orders will only be processed after deposit slip is submitted.

Customers have up to 2 business days to submit proof of payment otherwise order will automatically be cancelled.

  • Cash on Delivery

For orders within Metro Manila and Cebu only via Bayad Po Delivery Service.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed & shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed & shipped the following business day.

Air 21 Door to Door Delivery offers fast, reliable & safe domestic door-to-door courier delivery within the Philippines.

Bayad Po offers cash on delivery service within Metro Manila & Cebu only.

Important Information

  • All orders require a signature upon receipt
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICIES

  • All concerns regarding RETURNS & EXCHANGES must be emailed to info@cooks-exchange.com.
  • Cooks' Exchange will gladly accept returns of undamaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of purchase.  Requests for exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt and be in their original packaging.
  • For Sale and Clearance items, we will only accept/issue exchanges and store credits. No refunds. Shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.
  • Credits are generally issued within approximately 30 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. Cooks’ Exchange will send you a notification e-mail.
  • Returns received in our office after 10 days from the shipment date will receive store credit, subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  • Items which have been soiled, mishandled, abused, or is missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims.
  • Returns for Exchange received in our office within 10 days of the shipment date will be fully credited toward the Exchange purchase. Additional shipping charges will be invoiced to the customer before the exchange is shipped out.
  • Returns for Exchange received in our office after 10 days of the shipment date will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. The remaining amount will be credited toward the Exchange purchase. Additional charges will be invoiced to the customer before the exchange is shipped out.
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for any costs associated in returning items.
  • Food items may not be returned.

Procedure

1. Request for a Return Authorization Form (RAF) by emailing info@cooks-exchange.com.

2. Once received, fill up the form with all the details required such as the invoice number and reason for return and/or exchange. Enclose the form, along with the Original Sales Receipt and goods, in the same package that you received.

3. All returns and/or exchanges are subject to Cooks’ Exchange approval. Each case shall be reviewed by our Returns Department and you shall be notified of the status of your request.

4. Cooks’ Exchange will e-mail you to confirm all the actions to be taken with a full set of instructions on how to go about making the exchange.

Credit to Your Account

If your initial purchase was made with a credit or debit card, your credit will be issued to the same card.

If your initial purchase is subject to a store credit, the full amount of the credit will be made available for your next purchase. If your future purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining store credit will be available for another future purchase. If your future purchase is more than the store credit, then we will send you an INVOICE and charge your credit card for the difference.
